Seattle Plumbing, Sewer, & Heating
Roots go where the moisture is. Sewer lines make it easy. Once they get inside, they keep growing and start blocking everything.
Older pipes don’t last forever. Clay, cast iron… over time they weaken, crack, sometimes just cave in.
Water coming back up into sinks or tubs. That’s usually a sign something is stuck deeper in the line.
If it’s happening in more than one place, it’s probably not just a simple clog. Usually means something further down the system.
Less digging. We fix the pipe without tearing up the whole yard. A lot of homeowners prefer this when it’s an option.
If the pipe is too far gone, replacing it is the better long-term move.
High-pressure water clears out buildup, grease, and debris stuck inside the pipe.
This is how we figure out what’s actually wrong inside the line.
