Seattle Plumbing, Sewer, & Heating
Trees don’t care where your pipes are. Roots find moisture, and sewer lines are basically an invitation. They get in, then they keep growing.
Older materials break down. Clay, cast iron… they don’t last forever. Eventually, parts of the pipe just give out.
Water coming back up where it shouldn’t. That’s usually a sign something is blocked or damaged deeper in the line.
If it’s just one sink, maybe it’s minor. If it’s the whole house… that usually points to something deeper.
Less digging. We fix the pipe without tearing up the whole yard. A lot of people prefer this when it works.
Sometimes the pipe is too far gone. At that point, replacing it makes more sense.
This is how we figure things out. A camera goes through the line so we can see the exact issue.
High-pressure water cleaning out everything inside the pipe. Grease, buildup, debris.
