Seattle Sewer was prompt, reliable, solid workmanship, competitive and so professional. The materials and equipment they use is high quality and still appropriate for my budget. Never once stood me up, and stand by their work. They were careful with my home. My go-to company. I’m a very happy customer. Thx Again Tom and crew.read more

What a great company! I actually chose them on Home Advisor for a special they were running on sewer relining- they... came in gave me a great price and completed the work ahead of schedule. Due to the amount of digging they had to do, a rock wall had to be dismantled which they did very carefully and actually reassembled it flawlessly!I highly recommend them, and plan to hire them again for additional work in the future. By the way the new blue light technolody is super cool.read more

These guys are the best. When I was searching for a plumber to add an external clean out and regrade part of my sewer... line, I called far too many plumbers to get quotes and evaluate. These guys were not only the fairest price, but proved to be a very high quality of work with a lifetime warranty. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Seattle Sewer and Joes Plumbing.read more

I cannot begin to express the samazing level of customer service provided by Seattle Sewer. I called at 3:45 pm with... an issue regarding a newly installed sewer liner. The staff was amazing and swift to answer my call and get a service tech out to my house at 5:30 pm on the same day - far exceeding my expectations. The service tech was patient and thorough and worked the issue until it was fully resolved. He was terrific. I could not be happier with Seattle Sewer and its staff. Thank you. So I'll start by saying the actual plumbers that come out to do the job were amazing. They were very helpful and... understanding. Now that being said. I spoke to 2 people to schedule my appointment and have had 2 plumbers sent out. I made it very clear to them that I needed a specific service done. The first plumber had everything except a scope so we had to schedule a 2nd person to come out but again he was very nice and helpful in getting things set up. So like I stated the men/ women the actual do the work are fantastic. The "office" people were great and accommodating! Thank you Seattle Sewer for doing a great job.read more

AMAZING. Chris is very responsive, nice and fantastic at his job. He answered my call on a Saturday afternoon, and was... able to schedule an appointment on Sunday morning. We had previously used a different company who had a very difficult time with the sewer scope and took quite awhile. Chris was able to complete the entire scope - including removing and putting the toilet back - within 30 minutes.Do yourself a favor and don't bother with anyone else - chris is the best around! Thank you Seattle Sewer for the great service.read more

My sewer line backed up into my basement on a Saturday morning and I was referred to Pete at Seattle Sewer. He was at... my house in about an hour and attempted to clear the pipe with a drain snake. He was able to achieve enough flow to show me with his camera where my pipe was broken and it was allowing rocks and dirt into the line. He gave me an estimate to dig up the yard where the pipe was broken. The cost being right about what I was prepared for, I called a few other sewer repair companies and got two other bids. Although 2 sons was not the most expensive I called Pete back because he seemed the most honest and knowledgeable, he even matched the price of his competitor! The crew that came out to complete the work was fantastic. They were friendly, hard working and didn't seem to be bothered by the foul weather. The sewer repair was inspected and completed within a few days and everything was cleaned up better than I expected. To top it off, the interior water damage restoration company Pete originally referred me to is currently working hard to put my basement back to its original condition. I will definitely recommend Seattle Sewer Repair to others.read more

I had a sewer line backing up in a lower unit of an apartment. Seattle Sewer came out promptly and ran a camera down... the line to assess the problem. They were prompt, on time and the bid came in below what other companies in the area had estimated. Start to finish with scheduling they had my job done in a very timely manner. They worked seamlessly with my tenant as well. Repairing a damaged sewer line shouldn't be this easy but Seattle sewer came through for me. Long story short I was very happy with the work and Seattle Sewer are my go to sewer specialists in the puget sound area.read more

Two guys from Joe's came out to help me figure out why my tub was leaking. After crawling into a tight access panel... under my tub they found the source of the leak (a handheld sprayer hose), advised me how to fix it myself, and left without charging me anything. They were supremely polite and pleasant the entire time. I have used them now twice in 2 weeks. Thanx guys.. You guys did great work.read more

We have a 1920's house with an 80+ year old sewer line that repeatedly was backed up into our basement. I spoke to and... got estimates from a few other sewer companies in the area. Seattle Sewer was the best price and the communication from the office was outstanding.Originally, I was thinking I'd need to cure in place pipe-lining in order to repair the line as that's what other companies suggested. Seattle Sewer was the first to suggest Pipe-Bursting and took the time to really help us think through the entire project. We went with that suggestion as it was both affordable and was a better long-term solution. The team was great about digging in places that didn't impact our garden, replaced the concrete and added exterior clean-outs where there were none before.I'd work with these guys again and would recommend them to anybody with a sewer project in the Seattle area!read more

I've been living in my 1970 house for half year now. Still learning about the way how things had been done here,... plumbing being almost a mystery to me. Recently I discovered a puddle forming next to my entry. I checked it out and found that the water is not stopping and seemingly coming from underneath the concrete porch.I called Seattle Sewer around 11am and they told me that they can schedule a technician for next day morning. The lady at scheduling was very understanding and told me to call in two hours to check if someone would be available the same day. I did and they managed to get Robert to come and check it.Once he came, he quickly identified the problem. The pipe connecting my house to the main meter (located next to the curb about 60ft from my house) must have cracked somewhere and was leaking heavily. He gave me 2 options for repair - finding the leak and fixing it or replacing the entire pipe. Robert explained to me all the pros and cons of each option and reasonable estimates.I decided to get new pipe. Fixing the old didn't make sense - it would probably fail again in near future and the cost of fixing could be anything from $4k to $20k depending on where the pipe failed (end-cost with possible repaving, etc.). Robert quickly drafted a reasonable estimate and went over all the paperwork. Seattle Sewer offer multiple ways to pay for the repair, including financing, but I opted for 2 part payment with CC.Once that was done, Robert went ahead and dug up two holes to prepare for boring and placing new pipe. The boring would happen next morning and I had a new pipe before 12pm. Meanwhile, Robert left me the key to turn off the water in the night so the water doesn't do more damage to my house.During the install, Robert kept me updated on every step of the repair. He checked the sewer to see if the boring might have damaged it. It didn't, but he suggested I should install a cleanout (which my house didn't have). The concrete pipe connecting me to city sewer was already worn down and didn't have any bottom. We could see some waste accumulating. I went ahead with his suggestion. The hole next to my house was already dug up, so I might as well do it all at once. It had to be widen a bit. He drafted another estimate and got all the permits rolling. The install took next 3 days, but everything happened according to schedule that Robert gave me.I was extremely happy overall. I can't say enough good things about entire experience. I was scared and stressed about the leak, but once Robert arrived I felt that my plumbing was in good hands. He is definitely extremely knowledgeable tech and explained everything in very simple manner. I've learned so much about my house due to this. The new pipes look sturdy and give me a peace of mind. The repair went very smoothly. Robert left everything very tidy. Anytime they had to dig, all the dirt was covered, plants were protected. After they finished with clean-out install, everything was cleaned up and you could barely tell anything had been done. They went as far as to clean the street from any dirt, etc. They didn't litter or leave any trash lying around. Very clean job.Robert was very polite and friendly. He kept me in the loop of anything they had been doing. He was always on time and worked diligently to fix my plumbing. I definitely recommend Joe's and 2 Sons for any plumbing project you might have.read more

Seattle Sewer!!! Thank you for sending Chad our way!! He is professional, caring and demonstrated expert work. So happy with the work done by Seattle Sewer. Kitchen faucet broke, setup an appointment with ease. James came today... and presented the options for repair or replacement. Since I didn't really like the faucet, went with replacement. James was helpful in finding the style of faucet that I wanted. Installed it quickly and left no mess. I hope James is sent the next time work needs to be done. I messed up my review by posting to 2 sons. But again thx Jamesread more

Our sewer backed up and they quickly and efficiently cleared it by metal snake. We have used them in the past (our... sewer has bellies, so it backed up a few years ago, too). I like that they share a video with us of the line, so I know where the bellies are -- correcting them will be expensive, so we've been living with them. Oh and they came our for FREE! In my 60+ years, I have owned numerous homes new and older, as well as rental properties. I have worked with numerous... trades persons. Tyler of Joe's Plumbing is the best I have ever dealt with. He had every tool under the sun to complete the job in a reasonable time and left the work area as clean as he found it.read more
